If you posted a charge sales ticket to the wrong
customer did you know
you can use the software
to create the Reverse sales
ticket? Bring the sales
ticket on screen under
Operations, Sales Tickets,
Tickets, Enter/Edit Tickets.
Click on Reverse and it will
display a reversing ticket
number and date.
