The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to learn and understand our specialized industries
  • Close business and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Be capable of understanding and describing customer business and IT requirements
  • Develop qualified prospects by cold calling, making site visits and evaluating prospects fit
  • Analyze prospects position in the sales cycle and overcome barriers to sale
  • Attend professional meetings and conferences for lead generation
  • Visit customer sites for customer feedback and reference potential
  • Effective sales presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualified candidates have at least five years of demonstrated and progressive experience in application software sales in a primary closing role.

Red River Software offers a full compensation and benefits package.  Relocation is not necessary.
